Deep tissue massage involves deep muscle compression to try remove any knots or adhesions within the muscles. Often the Myotherapist will use deep tissue massage as one of our techniques to effect a specific muscle or area of pain or tightness in the body.

This massage focusses on acupressure points and gentle body stretching along the bodies energy flow channels. It is designed to re-awaken the body’s energy flow and release muscle tension.

Aromatherapy Oil (30min $55 / 45min $75 / 60min $85 / 90min $130)

Aromatherapy body massage is the art of combining relaxing massage with a pleasant aroma. The sense of smell can trigger past memories, and using this knowledge becomes an effective tool to use in encouraging relaxation.

Combination Thai & Oil (30min $55 / 45min $75 / 60min $85 / 90min $130 )

A combination of stretches and massage gives you the best of both world. Commence with the Thai yoga massage followed by an oil massage to relieve stress, tiredness. On arrival your therapist will ask you if you have a particular area that needs attention and she will concentrate on that for you. This massage has a taste of everything depending on the timeframe.

A traditional Thai massage that is designed for your neck, back and shoulders helping relieve tension and tight spots in the upper body and can assist in the relief of neck, back and headaches.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy that applies pressure to specific areas of the feet to treat problems in all parts of the body. Similar to the concept of Thai massage therapy, reflexology is based on good circulation and good health.

Classic hot stone (60min $95, 90min $135)

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.

During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. According to the University of New Hampshire Health Services, hot massage stones are heated to between 130 and 145 degrees.

Bookings are essential for Spa Bath. Soak your body in the aroma milk bath with the beautiful aromas from the essential oils and flowers to help relax your mind and refresh your body and soul. This treatment will also work to improve skin softness through the use of milk and Epsom salt to target muscle tension.

Detox Body Scrub

This treatment will help to delete dead skin cells and rough skin and will leave you with clean, smooth, bright and moisturized skin.
